In order to get the most out of our initial consultation, I ask that you please fill out the questionnaire below, preferably with all decision makers taking part. Other clients have found it a really useful tool to get on the same page within the household, and to solidify (as much as is possible at this stage) what they might want from their design. It also helps me to know what you are thinking so we can hit the ground running when I arrive! The form won't accept a blank answer for the fields marked with a red asterisk, so if you're not sure, just type something along those lines in the box and it'll let you move on.
